All request for cancellations or amendments must be made via email to:

Should you need to cancel an order, we require 2 weeks notice. Cancellations after this time will result in forfeiture of your booking fee/deposit

Amendments can be made no less than 2 weeks before your cake is due.

This may incur an additional cost.

We would love as much lead-time as possible as we can get very busy. 2 to 4 weeks would be great but please call if you have gone beyond this time frame and need a cake. We will try our best to fulfil your order.

Yes, a 50% non-refundable booking fee/ deposit to confirm a cake order and hold the date is payable. The balance must be cleared 2 weeks before collection or delivery. Orders placed less than 2 weeks in advance of the delivery/collection must be paid in full.

NO CAKES ARE CONFIRMED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT BEING RECEIVED

We accept Bank Transfer Payments only.

We will do everything to bring your vision to light but please keep in mind that our cakes are custom made so no two cakes will look exactly the same. We can use pictures for INSPIRATION only, but still keeping in with your vision.
