What size are your cakes?

Our cakes are available in a diameter of 6, 7, 8,10 and 12 inches and approximately 5" high. Servings size as a guide.   Round Cake Servings     6"    9 7"  12  8"  20 10"  28 12"  40    Square Cake Servings   6"  12   7"  16   8"  20 10"  30 12"  48

Do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We deliver within a limited radius. Please contact us before placing an order for further details.   Collection by appointment is also available.

Question 3

What if I need to amend or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

All request for cancellations or amendments must be made via email to livvyskitchencupcakes@gmail.com Should you need to cancel an order, we require 2 weeks notice. Cancellations after this time will result in a loss of booking fee. Amendments can be made no less than 2 weeks before your cake is due. This may incur an additional cost.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We would love as much lead-time as possible as we can get very busy. 2 to 4 weeks would be great but please call if you have gone beyond this time frame and need a cake. We will try our best to fulfil your order.

Question 5

Is a deposit required when placing an order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a 50% non-refundable booking fee to confirm a cake order and hold the date is payable. The balance must be cleared 2 weeks before collection or delivery. Orders placed less than 2 weeks in advance of the delivery/collection must be paid in full.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Bank Payments.

Will my cake look exactly like the picture?

Accepted Answer

We will do everything to bring your vision to light but please keep in mind that our cakes are custom made so no two cakes will look exactly the same. We can use pictures for INSPIRATION only, but still keeping in with your vision.

Do you offer free from?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer free from at the moment but we are looking into adding a free from range soon.
